Returns Policy

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering by email only. If after 24 hours you wish to cancel your purchase this will not be possible as production of your corset has already begun. A restocking fee of 25% will be incurred. If your order has already been despatched when we receive your cancellation, it will not be accepted.

SIZING

It is your responsibility to give Corsets Ireland your correct measurements. We cannot be held accountable if you order the wrong size.

RETURNS

All of our corsets are made to each customer's individual order. Consequently, and also as a result of the personal nature of the garment, this transaction is exempt from the provisions of the Distance Selling Regulations and cannot be returned. Should this cause you any concern please call us immediately on 096 30538 and we would be happy to put your mind at rest. Although under no obligation to do so, we will accept order cancellations provided that notification is received by us within 24 hours of the order confirmation email being dispatched. After 24 hours results in a restocking fee of 25%. This does not affect statutory rights. All of our corsets are hand made and checked before dispatch to ensure the highest quality finish on every item, but if you feel that it is faulty then we are happy to exchange it. We will accept returns on faulty corsets within 7 days of receipt. If you need help choosing a corset size or style then don't hesitate to contact us, we are more than happy to answer any quests you may have, no matter what they are. Some customers may fall between sizes, so please provide us with all relevant measurements before purchasing and we will find out the size you require.

HOW TO SEND BACK A RETURN

In order to make a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Please send an e-mail to Customer Care at returns@corset.ie or call us on 096 30538 within 5 days of receipt of goods should you need to return the item. If we have not been notified within the 5 day period we will not be able to accept returns. Include your order number and date of order.
A Customer Care specialist will reply to your message and with a RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorisation), if necessary, send you delivery instructions for returning the item.
Please note: Corsets Ireland (corset.ie) does not accept returns without a RMA Number. Items which have been worn, used or opened and are not in their original packaging will not be accepted as returns for health and hygiene reasons. Please ensure your returns have a RMA Number prior to posting back to us or we cannot accept them as returns and will be unable to match them with your account.
Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send it to the returns address on your original invoice.
Please note: Your right to return items to us in accordance with these terms and conditions is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.
If the item is delivered in a gift box then the gift box must be returned as well.

RETURNS LOST IN TRANSIT

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit as you are responsible for returning the item/s to us. Please obtain proof of posting from the Post Office and retain this until you have received your replacement or refund. You should return your item by Special Delivery or Recorded Post.

MADE TO MEASURE CORSETS

If you order a Jane Woolrich corset or VersAtelier corset or Heavenly Corsets or Nicole Gill, these are considered as custom made corsets and therefore cannot be returned as they are made uniquely to each customer's requirements. Or any from our made to measure category.

Corsets Ireland will not be held responsible for any loss of earnings or sales due to any lack of supply of our products.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Management reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.
