About Us
"This company was founded in response to years of frustration from buying corsets that look impressive on the Internet but in reality they were a far from that. Quite often they did not resemble what was originally advertised or the quality of the garment was in no way near what you were led to believe. I have bought many that claimed they were steel boned but in fact were actually plastic boned. Or they said it was fit for tightlacing and when attempting the eyelets pulled out of the material. What I thought was good value for money ended up being discarded (a bag in the roof or the bin) as my long suffering wife would not try them on let alone wear them. Finally after much searching I found some dedicated companies that made high quality corsets. After much discussion we decided to buy our first Vollers corset and paid for one which cost me way more than my usual amount of €30! A lesson to be learned there - You are not saving money when buying a cheap corset, it only costs you more in the long run. A proper quality steel boned corset will last forever."
"Corsets may have given way long ago for comfortable everyday underwear, but who does'nt wish for a little of the glamour and definition of a good corset. Having hadfour children I need a little sculpting! and I find our Scalloped Overbust Corset is really good for my bust, hips and waist. I think it makes my waist look tiny!, relativly speaking:). The Embroidered Satin Corset gives me teriffic definition, an hourglass figure and loads of confidence as a result. In short I’ve discovered a good corset is a fabulous garment to wear as underwear to give you shape, or as a fashion item."
