Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information


You may cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering by email only. If after 24 hours you wish to cancel your purchase this will not be possible as production of your corset has already begun. If your order has already been dispatched when we receive your cancellation, it will not be accepted.


It is your responsibility to give Corsets Ireland your correct measurements. We cannot be held accountable if you order the wrong size. If you order a corset of the wrong size we will not replace the corset with one of the appropriate size, a refund will not be issued, as all of our corsets are made to order to your measurements we are exempt fo the 14 day cooling off period as per the cosumer rights act. All sales on our made to measure corsets are final. All measurements given to us are deemed to be accurate and will be used to make the corset for you. Please contact us in advance of returning the corset to arrange for a replacement. See returns.


Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns unless they are defective purely for hygiene reasons. We cannot accept a garment that has been worn for any period for hygiene reasons, as a result we are exempt fo the 14 day cooling off period as per the consumer rights act. As such, all sales are final unless the product is defective. In the rare instance where a product is defective we will send you a replacement product upon receipt of defective item to Corsets Ireland.

In order to make a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Please send an e-mail to Customer Care at within 7 days of receipt of goods should you need to return the item. If we have not been notified within the 7 day period we will not be able to accept returns. Include your order number and date of order.

A Customer Care specialist will reply to your message and with a RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorisation), if necessary, send you delivery instructions for returning the item.

Please note: Corsets Ireland ( does not accept returns without a RMA Number. Items which have been worn, used or opened and are not in their original packaging will not be accepted as returns for health and hygiene reasons. Please ensure your returns have a RMA Number prior to posting back to us or we cannot accept them as returns and will be unable to match them with your account.


If you are returning an item because it is defective or the incorrect size, please contact us and obtain RMA Number.

Obtain a valid RMA number from our customer services department.

Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send it to the returns address on your original invoice.

Please note: Your right to return items to us in accordance with these terms and conditions is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.

If the item is delivered in a gift box then the gift box must be returned as well.

Returns lost in transit

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit as you are responsible for returning the item/s to us. Please obtain proof of posting from the Post Office and retain this until you have received your replacement or refund. You should return your item by Special Delivery or Recorded Post.

Corsets Ireland will not be held responsible for any loss of earnings or sales due to any lack of supply of our products.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Management reserves the right to chase these terms at any time without prior notice.


Making Payment by Credit or Debit Card

All prices stated on the site are in Euro, and we accept all major credit and debit cards, including MasterCard, Maestro/Switch, Visa and Visa Electron and Laser, via our secure onsite payment process, which makes ordering very quick and simple every time. The simple process requires you to enter your payment and delivery details onto our credit card server, which then encrypts your payment and details before authorising payment. At no point during or after payment are your card details seen by us, so you can be assured of full financial and personal safety while using our site.

Paying by Cheque or Postal Order

If you do not wish to pay by credit or debit card, then alternative payment methods are available. This can be cheque or postal order payment. If you require payment to be made by either of these methods then please email us with your order details so that we can arrange this for you. Please note that while debit or credit card payment is instant and orders will be processed straight away, we require clearance of all other payment methods to take place before an order will be processed.
